Comments on Potential Collaborations

My lab will focus on profiling clinical samples from patients with lung cancer, employing technologies that retain spatial information coupled with various other profiling methods directed at tumour and immune cells. My research interests include the tumour microenvironment, B cell responses to lung cancer, and integrating multiple complementary data types to improve early detection of lung cancer and better understand patient treatment outcomes.

I would be interested on collaborating with immunologists, particularly those with expertise in B cell biology, as understanding the B cell response to lung cancer will be a focus of my lab. From another angle, those with expertise in statistics such as topological analysis or graph-based approaches would be an asset to help understand complex spatial data derived from clinical samples that is often coupled with clinical and/or genomics data.
