COVID-19 biobank consisting of acute blood (serum and plasma) specimens from COVID-19 patients hospitalized the ICU during the first waves of the pandemic, as well as chronic specimens collected from patients who recovered from COVID-19 infections up to ~2 years post-infection. Some ICU samples have limited PBMCs.

We have frozen human lung tissue and inflated whole lungs from asthmatic, COPD, and healthy donners.

Myographs for in vitro smooth muscle experiments, measuring muscle force, shortening, power, and stiffness. Plethysmograph for whole lung experiments, measuring lung elastance and resistance. The plethysmograph can be placed in a CT scanner to measure structural changes in the lungs while monitoring the changes in lung mechanics.
