Dr. Inna Sekirov is a Medical Microbiologist at the BCCDC Public Health Laboratory and holds a Clinical Assistant Professor appointment with the UBC Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. Over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic she has become involved in a variety of SARS-CoV-2 serology-related projects, including serosurveillance initiatives. Serological approaches and their utility for public health and clinical diagnostics continue to hold a special place in her heart.
