Dr. Sarah Mansour is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of British Columbia and a Senior Scientist at the BC Centre for Disease Control. She earned her PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from UBC, where her research focused on novel peptide-based treatments for bacterial abscess infections. Dr. Mansour’s work spans antimicrobial peptide discovery, biofilm eradication strategies, wastewater-based infectious disease surveillance, and translational microbiology.
