Dr. Eric Eckbo is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of British Columbia, affiliated with the BC Centre for Disease Control. He is a medical microbiologist with a background in infection prevention, antimicrobial stewardship, and molecular diagnostics. Dr. Eckbo has held clinical and academic positions across multiple provinces and is an active contributor to national public health initiatives and medical education.
