Crystal Leung, MHS, PA(ASCP)cm (CCCPA-CCCAP), is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of British Columbia and Pathologists’ Assistant Supervisor at St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLSc) from University of British Columbia and found her passion in tissue dissection while working in the Cardiovascular Biobank at the Centre for Heart Lung Innovation (HLI) at St. Paul’s Hospital. She then earned her Master’s of Health Science with Duke University Pathologists’ Assistant Program. With experience as a Pathologists’ Assistant at Duke University Health and Stanford Health, Crystal focuses on developing educational curriculum and resources for the training of pathology residents and Pathologists’ Assistant students, while maintaining an active role in clinical practice.
