Dr. Agoumi obtained his medical degree from Mohamed V University in Rabat, Morocco and completed his residency in anatomic pathology at the University of Montreal. He holds certification in anatomic pathology with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He conducted research on hemoglobinopathies, particularly the complications of thalassemia while at the Avicenne Hospital in Rabat, Morocco. Dr. Agoumi has published several articles in peer reviewed journals and has a strong interest in continuing education, as well as, breast pathology and cytopathology.
Areas of clinical and research expertise: Hemoglobinopathies, thalassemia, breast pathology, cytopathology, medical education, and continuing medical education.
