Short Bio
I was born in Montréal, and decided that I would become a microbiologist at the age of 7 reading a book about Louis Pasteur. I graduated from Université de Montreal with a Bachelor Degree in microbiology and immunology (‘06), a Masters degree in microbiology and a Medical degree (‘10). Hearing the calling from the beautiful lands of the west, I went on to do my residency in Edmonton, Alberta. I completed my training in 2016 and am now a certified Medical Microbiologist and an Infectious Diseases specialist. When not in the laboratory or at the bedside of a patient, I enjoy long hikes, skating, dancing salsa or reading the most recent bestseller.
