  • Implemented LEAN processes to improve efficiency and streamline workload at BCCA: achieved and sustained target turnaround time for the first time
  • Introduced quality assurance program for pathologists at BCCA
  • Oversaw the first successful accreditation of both the Cervical Cancer Screening Laboratory and the Center for Diagnostic Genomics Laboratory by the College of American Pathologists
