Dr. Jennifer Power is an anatomical pathologist at Vernon Jubilee Hospital (VJH) in Vernon, BC, and a Clinical Instructor with the UBC Faculty of Medicine’s Southern Medical Program. Her clinical practice is based within Interior Health, where she provides general surgical pathology services and supports multidisciplinary cancer care. She is actively involved in teaching medical students and residents and helps coordinate continuing medical education activities at VJH.

Research Interest
Dr. Power’s research has focused on the role of Ki-67 and other proliferation markers in breast cancer, and she maintains an interest in quality improvement projects within anatomic pathology and in applying epidemiologic methods to cancer diagnostics.

Teaching Interest
Dr. Power enjoys clinical teaching for senior medical students and pathology residents, small-group and case-based teaching in pathology, and organizing continuing medical education sessions for community physicians at Vernon Jubilee Hospital.
