Dr. Hua Yang is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at UBC and works as a Pathologist at St. Paul’s Hospital with extensive expertise in breast pathology. After completing his medical training in China and additional training in Japan, he pursued pathology specialization in Canada. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) and has significant experience in breast pathology education and research. His work has contributed to breast cancer diagnostics and pathology education, and he has previously served as Breast Pathology Group Leader at the University of Calgary.
