I am being prompted for my credentials, but they don’t work!
You are being prompted for credentials, and you’re using your FOM Domain credentials to access the site:
- Password as originally distributed or changed by you
- Contact your Site Administrator/Owner, they will be able to confirm that they have granted you access to the site you’re trying to access email@example.com. Assuming that all is in order you or the Site Owner can escalate the issue to the MedIT Help Desk at that point.
